Unfortunately, her history and apparent instability would have ruled out any chance of her adopting... I consider this to be a failure of the mental health system... the authorities were more concerned with punishing her than treating her psychosis...

Maybe she deserved punsihmen for doing a wrong thing.
People are accountable for their actions in this world.

I think sometimes it's a failure, but I think she's accountable in this case.

The sad thing about this is, it is more common then we think, murder and fetus theft happens a few times a year.... what drives people to do this is beyond me.

I meant if she wants a kid so badly, she should have never cut babies out of women stomachs in the first place.
