I've been into anime and manga for awhile, and I've finished a few series. Here's the ones I've either been into or finished so far:

Dragon Ball and DBZ
Ah! My Goddess!
Fruits Basket (finished the anime series but not the manga)
Love Hina (finished the manga, haven't seen the anime)
Azumanga Daioh (finished the anime, haven't read the manga)
Yotsuba& (currently reading this)

There are probably some more but I can't think of any. Based on this list, and just based on what are good titles/titles that you like, what manga/anime should I read/watch next?

I am curently into an anime called 'Death Note', it realy makes you think, the character are in depth and it can be hard to decide who is the hero or deserves it. Also one of the character (one opposing the main character) seems to have Asspergers syndrome.

Seems like you're into light shojo (girl) stuff.

Manga:

Skip Beat!
Nana
Fushigi Yugi
I"s (if you liked Love Hina)

Anime:

Kaleido Star
Strawberry Marshmallow
ROD the TV
Angelic Layer
The Melacholy of Haruhi Suzimiya

My personal favorite is FullMetal Alchemist (the manga) by Hiromu Arakawa.
Ghost in the Shell is a great anime because it lets you think a lot.
Death Note is also really great if you can keep up (missed a couple of episodes and I got confused sometimes).
Also Zombie Powder and Bleach by Tite Kubo if your into more action titles.

Hmm...the Kodomo No Jikan manga (not the doujins lol) seems up your alley...well somewhat, OP.

I'd recommend Tenchi Muyo Twisted Evil

I've been watching Haibane Renmei and I like that. I like girl anime/manga mostly because it's cute and funny, but I'll also get into some darker stuff, too. It mostly depends on how I'm feeling. For example, I want to get into reading Hellsing. That looks cool.

Kino's Journey (Kino no Tabi). The anime is good, I've never read the manga.

And Hellsing is awesome.

I've been watching Nadesico, which is a funny sci-fi show. I've also been enjoying Cowboy Bebop and Neon Genesis Evangelion. I saw a few episodes of Case Closed, which looked pretty good.
