I am in recovery from, what was diagnosed as Eating Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified. I go back and forth between starvation and binge eating. Laxatives and compulsive exercise are thrown in for "good measure".
Even now, I can feel the desire to starve, worming it's way into my brain. *shrugs*
That's all I can say about that.

Erm, you can't just have an ED in your menstrual cycle. You either have one or you dont.

I consider myself a binge eater. I always have a lot of junk food in my house.

I have had an eating disorder since high school and it eventually led to anorexia. I got diagnosed with it last year by my doctor and my shrink agreed I have it.

All those models and thin bodies in Teen magazines made me want to be thin like them so I dieted and then led to starving myself to keep my weight down. I also hated the way I looked in my pictures because I looked fat in them so it made me want to lose more weight. I still look fat in some of them that are taken today. I will not show them online unless I look thin in them.
I did post one of them on I2 and I looked fat and thin in the other.

But I think I have recovered from anorexia now because I eat more food now and my weight stays the same. I usually eat two meals a day. I would probably end up anemic when pregnant but not to worry because my boyfriend will become a food nazi when it happens.

I was diagnosed with restricting anorexia in January and had symptoms of an eating disorder for many years. I still have problems with food, but I agreed to gain weight to the low end of normal. When I'm under stress I eat less and try to control my life by not eating, but I also think I'm too fat if I'm not underweight. My family influenced me much more than the media. My mother herself barely eats.

likho has one!
i binge and i'm a terrible sugar addict. i also have some symptoms of orthorexia and i'm afraid of certain foods (like, for example, soda [forget the fact that it isnt food lol. i'm unique and i eat drinks XD]) to the point of phobia.
my ed looked like typical resticting anorexia for years, but now it turned in some all-in-one-ed XD

oh, and i forgot to say that im FAT. Rolling Eyes

I'm also terrified of anything carbonated so much as touching me. I always have been that way.

I don't know... I might but... I don't know. I get obsessed with losing weight, but I don't skip meals too often. I'm still in the healthy BMI range. 19.6 or something. But I want to lose some more, probably at least 1kg.
