It's kinda funny.
You know, only because it is obvious that quite a lot of people put quite a lot of work into making a short video almost completely devoid of anything resembing entertainment.
Of course that's in the traditional sense of the word "entertainment". Because of the internet the term has been bastardized so much it is entirely conceivable that a video of genocide could be considered entertainment.
Hell, dub in some farting noises and it would probably get over a million views.

This video is a light-hearted parody. The actor who plays the police officer is someone with Down's Syndrome who is in other videos on YouTube. I don't see anything so terribly damaging about this film.

Well AS does sound like Assburgers when some people say it. So they made a joke about it. I don't think it had anything to do with the condition, just about the way it sounds. Nothing to do with us.
