Do you think in analogies or scenarios a lot, beyond 'thinking in pictures' as in static images? Do you think in your own video clips that represent something abstract? Is this also 'thinking in pictures'? I am confused by the terminology.

I seem to do this, a lot. The videos get so interesting, that I may become distracted, especially if I am conversing with someone.

I can visualize super well, enough to copy imaginary things and make real things.
(Like art or machines)

It's like a really weird indie film of some sort. Always movie, not always having a point. And a lot of art film aspects...

When people ask me stuff like what I was doing at a certain time, where was I doing it, what did someone say to me and when/where was it, I always have to replay the video in my head of what was happening at the specific time, and concentrate/watch it carefully. I can't remember a lot of events off the top of my head, I always have to watch the video of the specific event in my head, and sometimes it will take me a while to find the correct video.

Sometimes random, unpleasant videos will start playing in my head for no discernable reason, and it's hard to turn it off sometimes. I'll usually try to replace it with another video or focus on what I'm actually doing now.

Yes. My mind plays out clearly like an anime show. It's very fun to watch. ^_^

Yeah, I always think and see things in a sort of video form. My dreams are usually the same way and in color. I wonder how other people think. Doesn't everyone think and visualize the scenario? Trying to imagine not seeing things like I would a movie seems to be a form of not thinking. How do most people see things when they remember events or just think? Very strange...
