To go with the tradition, here is my shy, little hello to the members of this community.
Hi!
I'm a 28 years old french Canadian, who love computing in general (love programming, love the web, love tinkering with my systems, etc  ). Also discovering new music fuels my life, I couldn't live without it.
I stumbled onto this site when I was searching for more information about AS. Actually, I read one too many article saying that there are many aspies in IT and I wanted to know what is different (and why it is a "big" deal). Well, I didn't recognised my colleagues, but recognised myself instead.
So here I am, wondering was is going on and what I should do to go forward.
(oh, BTW, you are a great community, and I am very thankful for what you contribute) |

Hi usagi and welcome to WP
I recommend reading Tony Attwoods 'The complete guide to Asperger's Syndrome'. It helped me a lot with my original self-diagnosis and in deciding what to do from there. |

Hi welcome usagi,the biggest help for me since being diagnosed is the aspie community itself, and I have learned with understanding and acceptance comes true identity..
