Yea, I kinda laughed at this one.
He obviously wasn't to concerned about the air bubble, I mean geeze, he gave the stuff enough time to kick in before going completely mental!
I'm sure that Denny's would have given him a free straw... BYOMirror though...

I wish....The closest thing to that is the California Law they tried to pull to legalize medical marijuana or something..
