| Just another dopehead. He's probably a tweeker. Meth makes people do bizarre stuff, like stealing copper pipes from construction sites, and ripping off parking meters for change. It's all for a few bucks to feed their habit. Probably every single nonoccupied mobile home in western Nevada (and there are LOTS) has had the plumbing ripped out of it so that some tweeker can buy an eighth of a gram. In one case a toy store in a tourist district of Sacramento was wrecked when tweekers tore out the pipes and let the inside fill with water over a couple days. When a casino in Reno was building a second tower, they had to post guards armed with assault rifles 24/7 so that the meth freaks wouldn't steal all the copper. It's absolutely insane. |
