Police: Caylee's Body Was in Mom's Trunk

It appears that this case has taken a tragic turn, unfortunately Sad

Quote:
A 3-year-old girl that authorities have been searching for since July is likely dead, the Orange County, Fla., sheriff's department told a Florida TV station over the weekend.

"We clearly have evidence that indicates there was a dead body in the trunk of Casey [Anthony's] car, and that body was Caylee [Anthony]," Orange County Sheriff's Sgt. John Allen told ABC News affiliate WFTV.

She's probably dead, and has been for a while. Got a feeling if Mom's convicted, the convicts will probably beat her up, and she'll deserve it. 3 years old... man. Too young. Way too young.

Update: Can murder be proved without a body? There are ways

This here story seems to me to be an attempt to prime the jury pool, to get potential jurors thinking in the frame of mind to convict...

I doubt that this woman can get a fair trial in this state, given all the publicity and the drama surrounding it...
