No, because if you believe in Jesus your sins will be forgiven. Faith trumps acts for Evangelicals.

The penalty in the judgement day is doubled with fornication, the repent of the sin should be sincere and should also to be an acceptable conversion, she should deny and refuse any carnal desire forever, or else her fate will be to perish in the lake of fire.

| One of the most fundamental beliefs in Christianity is that everyone sins, but if you have faith in God, your sins will be forgiven. In other words, everyone makes mistakes, but what matters to God is whether or not you make a genuine effort to avoid sinning. So in a way, Christians view life as a test where most of the points are for effort. I think this applies to all denominations. |

I could just imagine a collective shout of SLUT! by all the fundamentalists when this news broke. They are the first to point fingers at others wrong doings, I can imagine what their reaction is to this tawdry story of illicit teenage sex.

Everything 
One: The preaching of traditional family values, when the result of it is not much of that valued represented.
Two: Clearly this is not a black and white issue, but don't they have some black and white views?
Three: We all are humans, we all make mistakes.
Fourth: Something that should be irrelevant to the politics.
Five: It is something important to know that they are far from perfect
Six: Should they be setting an example?
Seven: Lucky number.
Eight: It is fun for some to mock them for this
Nine: I could be very wrong.
Ten: I could be slightly wrong.

The news this morning insisted that the Fundies would be all in support of her since she decided to have the child instead of having an abortion.
I wonder if the boyfriend who she says said he will marry her even said he would? I mean it might have been news to him. He may be forced to marry her just because of the politics of it all. Apparently Palin is too busy to teach her FIVE kids how not to be whores. Though Palin is very attractive I have to admit my very first reaction when I saw her on tv last week was that she looks and carries herself like a prostitute. Maybe she's McCain's kept woman. Course Cindy McCain acts like a damn whore too. The guy is such a loser dweeb its amazing he could keep the company of two sluts.
Oh sorry I didn't mean to get off topic; their was a point to my ramblings.

It's not usual that you hear arguments like this coming from the left side of the aisle...
I'm reminded of an episode of "Hill Street Blues," wherein Sgt Belko was working undercover in a meat market. The woman before him wanted to buy a chicken. She would grab each chicken by the legs and, spreading the legs apart, would sniff at the nexus of the legs on each chicken and declare, "Not fresh enough" before moving on to the next chicken. After watching her do this with four or five chickens, Sgt Belko had had enough.
"Lady," he asked,
