iPod Touch/iPhone Video Issues

Is anyone who recently upgraded from version 1 to 2 firmware having issues with videos, where video gradually loses sync with audio? Looking on the web the issue seems to be happening to other people but isn't an especially common occurrence, and Apple doesn't seem to have any way to file bug reports without being on some sort of Apple register. I've only just noticed the issue as I don't play a lot of videos, but now I have noticed it seems about 2/3 of my video collection no longer works, though it worked fine on the version 1 firmware.

The problem seems to be fixed by reencoding the files at the same framerate as the originals. Also, the videos work fine in every media player on my computer, including iTunes.
