That seems to be the new trend, resurrecting an old franchise to see how much more they can milk it. I don't expect this will be any better than the latest Indiana Jones.

That is interesting as Dan Akeroyed has been comented saying that the Ghostbusters game is the third in the series. If you didnt know they have made a ghostbusters game to be released soon that is set in 1992, I wonder if it has anything to do with that.

Aykroyd has been talking about this since last year now, Im glad he finally talked Murray into letting them do it. Is it still going to be in CGI?

a 3rd film was supposed to come out years ago back in the nineties, but Murray who holds most of the rights to the franchise wouldn't allow it as he has some strange thing against doing a movie for a 3rd time *shrugs*
