i find that sometimes the things that i do when i need to focus and not drift off or things that take away stress sometimes get to not work anymore and need something new

does anyone ever have this problem

Yeah, it definitely happens to me sometimes. Although, I'm more sure that it's not that the stim doesn't work anymore, more that it's not the stim for the problem at the moment. Different stims pleasure and soothe different parts of the brain, so they might not work across the board, I guess. I don't have a stim that feels good for everything. It tends to be different things at different times.
