The YMBanA thread was what drew me to this site about a year ago and I am hoping to rekindle its awesomeness. It is derivative of Jeff Foxworthy's You Might Be a Redneck (though with a 180 degree twist intellectually  ).

you tape record the billionth episode of "Cheers" that you just HAVE to have recorded, but you record it over the videos of your latest grandchild's "brand new baby" video without realizing it until later.

"It is well known that his hair was red. I cannot accept this brown-haired actor as [the historical figure]. Why couldn't he have dyed his hair red for the role?"
Whereas it doesnt seem to bother anyone else.
