I agree. it's very crowded. for example the weather sicky, it has no point anymore. or KBABZ's story fanfiction sticky. it's not even kept up anymore. or even the Starbuline sticky. It's locked, so why is it still stickied? There are so many stickies that they are pushing the page down. The amount should be lowered. Stickies that are no longer in use should be un stickied.
There are 13 stickies in the haven! 13!

Agreed, but i think that each forum that has specific posting rules should have at least one sticky stating the posting guidelines for that particular forum.

Yes, but don't you think that 13 stickies in one section of the forum is a little excessive?

Alternative solution: Create a stickies forum, where such material is kept. Stickies for the Adult, Kids and Haven should likely remain where they are; others could be consolidated. Just a thought.

This is a good idea imho. But I can only talk for myself.
Alex, Is it possible to create a "Sticky" folder in the discussions?
I have a feeling that some of the posts get lost from view and answer due to a lot of "Stickies".
And some of these "Unviewed" can be important to somebody if you somehow can read between the lines of the message. |
