That's simply uncontrolled aggressions you have against other people.
I can't say if that's because you where a victim of aggressions yourself or if you project your own actual pain against your environment. But those two options are often the base for such emotions

Those questions go together most likely. You know it's wrong and maybe you feel, that you lose control more and more. Actually you write, that there already where some situations, where you lost control and only other people could stop you.
You need professional help. That's only my opinion, based on this very small amount of information you give (and yes, a web forum isn't the place to post such details). Otherwise you run a high risk to damage innocent people and ruin your live for something that's not worth it.
