I always have trubble getting started. It is not easy to expres myself with words. So hear it goes. A little about me. My name is Troy I'm 35 years old. I go to college I am working toward a bachlor degree in Relgious studies with a minor in Judaic studies as well as a 2 year degree in Multi-Media Desing. Most of my ation right now is on the 2 year MMD degree. I am mostly intrested in photography and video production. I have always had trubble in school. I have a really short attention span, (I have ADD/ADHD). Reading is diffcult for me in that I have trubble retaining what I read. I learn more from a TV program than I can from a book. I can't spell. It bothers me when I ask how to spell something and the response is to sound it out. That doesn't work for me. I sound it out and it is still wrong. I have poor eye hand cordnation but I enjoy sports most of my attention is devoted to Basketball Boxing and Football (that's football not soccer although I don't have anything against soccer). I try to run as often as possible as well as other forms of excersice. I don't have very good social skills. I often fell invisible not by my choice but to brow a line from a book. "I am invisible, understand, simply because people refuse to see me." from "Invisible Man" by Ralph Ellison. I have trubble reading body languge and interpting voice inflections. I have been in two relationships and had my first sexual experance when I was 30. My first relationship with a female was when I was 26 that lasted for mabey a week and a half and never got past first base. My second and most recent relationship was when I was 30 that lasted for a few months. I have not been on a single date sence than.
About a year ago my Mom e-mailed me about Aspergers after a friend of her's told her about it. After doing some research I decided to have my self tested. I also had my parents send me copies of the physociagiol tests that have been done on me sence I was young. Growing up I was told that I have a Learning dissibility but no name was ever given to it. I was also dignosed as being ADD/ADHD when I was young but I think it was just called ADD then. The most interesting thing about the results of tests to me was that on at least two difrent reports it was noted that my mental devlopment was about 10 years younger than my birth age. The couclusion of the tests for Aspergers is that I have signs of Aspergers but not Aspergers it self. Despite my poor social skills I am able to make eye contact when I talk to people. I was dignosed with really strong case of ADD/ADHD and a still unnamed Learning Disibility.
