Post here on what you think. Half of their "lyrics" don't make sense. In one of their songs, one of them says that he's "back" like a vertebra. Is it possible to be back like a body part? I've noticed a lot of their "fans" are nothing but obese people. Even the critics agree that their music is crap.

The back like a vertebrae comment is just a figure of speech, I guess. Your vertebrae is in your back, you see? It's hilarious.

I like some of their stuff. It can be pretty funny. But in general, no, I don't like them. Their fans, on the whole, are irritating in their need for ICP gear. But that doesn't mean I hate everyone that likes them. I think it's pretty rude of you to say they're all obese.. there are plenty of skinny juggalos and juggalettes.

And I'm sure there are critics that like them. This is like any other band, only, this band has a huge following, and you don't like them.

1. This thread is the height of pointlessness. If I started a thread about every band I hated, then I'd be a spammer.

2. There is no such thing as bad music, cause it's subjective.

3. Critics, much as I want to be one myself, have no greater or lesser opinion than anybody else.

4. Your argument about their lyrics not making sense shows a key lack of understanding about rap and hip/hop lyricism.

And for what it's worth, I think ICP are f***ing shite, but starting a thread about it is worthless.

Have a great day.

I don't care for ICP at all (and I tried, really; I'm always curious about music which seems to inspire such passionate feelings in people), but yeah what's the point in making a thread like this?

ICP certainly isn't my favorite type of music, but I'm open to most music.

I like the Insane Clown Posse. They are a great expression of modern disaffection and the inspired mischief that can arise from it. I don't like them as much as I like Mozart but considering they're not musically trained in the classical sense, they ain't half bad.

The fact that ICP sucks is a well-established fact.

Well, back like vertebra makes perfect sense to me. I mean, there's high as the sky... the sky's high... back as vertebra... vertebra... it's your back I guess? I don't know.

And also, 2 guys at my school, good friends of mine, they were huge die-hard juggalo ICP fans, and, they are 2 of the skinniest people I've ever seen. I don't get why you'd call them all obese. The little juggalo group that hangs out in front of westlake mall in downtown seattle, they aren't really all fatties.

I'm not trying to defend the band, I don't care for them. To each their own, I guess.

I used to see those guys driving around in their clown van all the time around where I live. I saw them in Target looking at CDs, too. They even came to my high school once.

But no, I'm definately not a fan.

Yes. In fact in some places in America, when someone asks "are you down with the clown?" and you say yes, then you will get "clowned" ie, beat senseless Razz
