Mostly sports talk for me. I am obsessed with it. I like the idea of listening to someone talk when there are few people awake. Probably because I am lonely.

Sometimes, I leave the radio on tuned to talk radio all nigtht. Does anyone else like to do this?

I tend to listen to meditative music on shoutcast in winamp as I fall off to the dream world. Though I also enjoy listening to George Noory in the midnight hours.

I don't listen to the radio but ever since I was a little kid, I've needed the tv on, even if it's on mute, to get me to sleep. Don't know why.

I didn't use to like talk radio, but since the presidential election got rolling, I've been listening. I like the overnight talk radio show 'Coast to Coast' where Art Bell occasionally weighs in and takes calls on ghosts/aliens/bigfoot/etc, and it's HILARIOUS. All the truly fringe locos call in after midnight. It's worth staying awake for.

I mostly listen to NPR(National Public Radio) a lot, but at night, I love that "Coast to Coast" show where they talk about things like aliens, ghosts, Bigfoot, and conspiracy theories. It's a hilarious show and a good one to fall asleep to.

I listen to talk radio at night, especially the CBC channel with it's hour-long broadcasts from other countries.

I liked Coast-to-Coast when Art Bell was on it. Now the only time I listen to talk radio is when the electricity is off, and that generally has negative associations connected to it.

You've got to love when JC comes on. His wife left him... couldn't have happen to a nicer nut.

My radio is on all night long, the volume low so I can just hear it. It is not talk radio though... it has to be music. I need to move my legs to the beat until I fall asleep Smile

Coast to coast is the best. Not always remotely true but always entertaining!

I used to love when my parents' friends/relatives would come over and they'd talk all night...I'd leave the door open a crack and listen, even though I usually had no idea what they were talking about...I just loved to hear them talk. My parents would usually shut the door on me, though =/ Then I ended up having to just listen to muffled talking, which isn't quite the same.

Also loved to listen to baseball games on the radio...don't care about sports at all, though, so I had no idea when it was on or anything like that. Don't remember the guy's name, but that famous baseball announcer died a while back, so that made me sad =/

Would love to listen to Coast to Coast, I've heard snippets here and there (like on that one TOOL album). Idunno if it's the same guy, but the game Prey has stuff like that in it every now and then, and I'll stop and listen to it.
