From our fellow autistic Paul Wady:
=======================
Greetings fellows on the spectrum.

The Ladbroke Grove social night is finally starting this Tuesday coming. About time.

Autism London meets first Tuesday of every month, so why not pop along there instead of us and then come to us the rest of the time? We will expect small numbers this week. We will be promoting Danda too, another fine night out. We are just part of the scene.

We will now be using 3 rooms on the ground floor, a lounge, a kitchen and a games room. Kind of like we've got our own Garrick club.

There will be weekly themes on different aspects of social skills, that people may participate in if they wish. Handouts and explanations all available. First theme is Relaxation and Meltdown issues. How to do it and how to avoid.

This group meets every single Tuesday, between 530 and 830. We must leave very promptly then.

Thanks, Paul Wady, Group Facilitator, Nas.
(This is a very important title to have.)
