Some people have thought I was in my teens and I was only 20 years old.
When my boyfriend first met me, I looked 19 or 20 to him. It was on my 22nd birthday. _________________ http://www.factcheck.org/

I talk like a teenager..I dress like a teenager...or basicly the way I dressed when I was a teenager..also I am short....I don't look like an adult..so I guess I must look like a teenager...and I am 33. _________________ Winged Gnome Goddess prevent me from killing this thread

| I suppose the answer depends on whether or not people are lying when they say that I look far too young to be the age that I am. I, personally, think that most people look much older than their years. |

I might. I used to have a mustache that people thought made me look older. Now that I have shaved it off, mom thinks it makes me look like a child. No one else has told me that though.
But I think I look better without it! _________________ Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.

I am in my late 30s but look like 20s.
I believe looking younger than our age is common with people with AS. |

| Sadly, yes. My height is the main thing. People I work with at the college asked last Sunday if I was in high school or college. I'm 20. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive about this kind of thing. It just never made me feel good, like being short was something else wrong with me. I'm sure I'll appreciate it someday when I'm in my 60's on up, but that's not for a while. |

I always get comments about being a teen... from people who are working. IE. bankers, waiters, ticketers, bouncers, policemen, etc. Sometimes it is a good thing, others not so much. *Shrug* If it keeps up for many more years, I can't see it being so bad. _________________ Humm, guess I should put something witty here, huh? |

I'm nearly 40 but have been mistaken for mid-20s.
I think the bright red hair and the rock tees do it. Most of the 40 year old women I know go for Gap and baby sick. _________________ Birds scream at the top of their lungs in horrified hellish rage every morning at daybreak to warn us all of the truth but sadly we don't speak bird. |
