how many things are linked to autism?

I always see people here talking about conditions and link them to autism whether based on some study or news or just personal observation or just a thought.


are 90% of all conditions and diseases in humanity are related to autism? Laughing

heck, they can't even agree on the causes of autism, much less the complications...further studies are needed.
I don't know, to be honest.

Like a comorbid condition or a cause?

I think OCD and social anxiety are comorbid to autism.

I think some viruses could be a trigger for developing autism, much like schizophrenia. There is a strong genetic component, but I think for at least some cases there is a trigger either prenatally or postnatally.
