master Chief. Samus would be vulaberal to the cold, and Master chief, is biggetr stronger and has those wolverine type enchancments to his skeleton
basic suit, no upgrades. Prior to halo3, Samus...Halo3...probally Master chief due to his forcefields, and as shown, Samus simply touching an enime cuses her to take damage.

Don't forget that Samus was infused with chozo blood, giving her super human traits.
I still think Samus since Master Chief relies on weaponry, while many of Samus' weapons have an unlimited number of shots.
