Sound off, fellow Aspies, on the least appealing items for consumption in your refrigerator.

One day, I was coming home from school for dinner.
There was nothing appealing in the refrigerator.

First, there were the leftovers.
4-day old lasagna with congealed meat, sweaty cheese, and hardening noodles.

Then, there was the wilted salad.
In the salad was sour cream, all molted out from last week.

I also found chocolate cake with one bite taken out.
The frosting was missing and green mold was growing.

I was so grossed out, I slammed the refrigerator door shut and ordered takeout.

My sister always 'poisons' my tuna by putting relish in it. It makes me really mad.

phew, this is nothing...

my fridge- 2 empty milk cartons (they still have little bits of milk in them!)

a bunch of dried vegetables (they dried out in the fridge cause I forgot to eat them... now they are too disgusting for me to touch them)

some blue cheese (it wasn't blue to start with...)

a jar with something... it's been there for years and I no longer know what's in it...

half-empty bottle of vodka that got stuck to the bottom with some old joghurt

that's all lightweight stuff, I could go on but I don't want to gross you out.

I'm getting some help soon Razz

I too suffer from "too disgustedtocleanitoutedness"

I figure the food will eventually petrify, and thus become harmless

I don't really have much in my refrigerator. And what I do have is still good. I have milk, soft drinks, and condiments mainly.

My fridge is a little empty, but i do have this mystery-jar
in the back, its orange in color. Thats all i know Smile
might have been fruit at one point

Oh, and i always have a box with that...what is it called...
pistasio? that green icecream with chocolate chunks that
tastes like a piece of heaven - yummy - with lots of
caramel sauce and extra chocloate sprinkle.... oh my,
i think i have to make a bowl with that now right now Smile
*goes to the kitchen, its icecream time baby!*

i`m trailing off, sorry - continue

My flatmates food. Processed, nasty, noxious junk. Soda, microwave meals full of hydrogenated fat and a list of ingredients that consists purely of numbers... blech.

Other than that... my food... nothing really, I buy food fresh and eat it within a couple of days, so it's usually fine. There's some Danish cheese there that's looking a little too blue though, that could probably go out.
