| i only had one 2000m race at the regatta on saturday but today we were doing seat racing, which is a process to determine the fastest rowers for a boat by racing multiple boat configurations. i had 9 1250m races, which means 11.25km of all out racing and 11.25km of warm up workouts. my bosses at work are not getting much out of me tomorrow, i can tell you that much, but i work for the government so that's almost expected. |
