Among mine are peanutbutter, pickle, and potato chip sandwiches and vanilla icecream with low sodium saltine cracker bits sprinkled on top. I know there are more, but can't think of them right now.
What about you? |

I used to like peanut butter and raison on toast (before i became gluten free)
Now i have rice-cakes + peanut butter. Sounds pretty normal, but until you get used to it, it tastes exactly like horseradish sauce. |

I like to eat really strange things together.
I'd tell you, but I don't want to give anyone nightmares. |

| When I go for gyros, I like to get fries. Then I take my side of tahini (sauce made with sesame seed paste, garlic and lemon juice) and mix that with ketchup to dip my fries in. I love it. My friends think I'm nuts. |

I like raw cocoa powder, expecially when it's topping a mound of raw whipped cream. Mmmmm.
((I also eat salads with nothing but lettuce in them and cheese on them, but that's finicky, not weird. Salad dressing=putting slime on perfectly good food=incomprehensible to me, calories aside.))
Serissa's instructions for the best weird food combo EVER!
Take a cheez-it.
Top it with a flat square of a hershey's chocoalte bar.
Dip it in cool-whip.
Repeat one million times.
Be fat but happy. |

I like dipping my bread, especially pizza crust in soda. My mom hates going out to eat with me. |

Orange sherbet with maple syrup.
It's pretty good. |

Fries at Wendy's dipped into a frosty.....yum.
But I know lots of people who like that combo.
I can't think of any other seemingly strange combo. _________________ shmeg

| For breakfast, a couple nice buttered English muffins with a glass of root beer. As a snack, it's hard to top potato chips dipped in vanilla ice cream. Wise brand is best, it seems, but any will do. Add ripples to chips for structural integrity during the dipping process. |

| Fries and mayonnaise (in the United States). In Holland and Belgium, it is not considered an odd combo. It is quite good. |

Apparently, this is an odd food combo by what's lacking, not by what's present:meat, PLAIN.
Hamburger=meat & bread only. Rarely tolerate a hot dog, then it's ratio of 2 rolls for 1 hot dog, to disguise/dilute what I'm consuming. Chicken or turkey (prefer it cold & dry)-no gravy or stuffing, no added flavors/herbs/spices. Similar for rice or pasta-no sauce, only butter & salt. No, I don't eat pizza.
It's like the "Princess & the Pea''-for example, if I taste a tiny speck of onion it ruins the whole burger for me. No condiments, never ate ketchup/mustard/relish/pickles/onions/mayo/salad dressing, etc. Foul smelling to my senses.
On a more positive note, I like honey on my french fries (upon which I put salt, plus a little black pepper & paprika), either dipping or pouring. Not "honey something-or-other" sauce, but the real thing. _________________ *"You cannot administer a wicked law impartially-it destroys everyone it touches, its violators as well as its upholders."* |
