I worked solidly for hours on a patent draft which is supposed to be ready tomorrow morning. I felt panicky for a long time because I have so much work. (This is only one of numerous overdue tasks.) But, fueled by vitamin B, Omega 3, fresh salad, Ritalin and the peace which comes from love, I seem to be getting my old confidence and my intelligence back (I had strted to think I was going to be permanently stupid and even considered changing my job, or at least getting myself demoted).

Well, I haven't had much sleep and I am not quite over my snotty nose, but it feels wonderful to be returning to the me that I am used to! cheers

Just taken half a melatonin, so I hope to be asleep by 01:00... Getting up at 04:30 to carry on...

Hey congrats! I know it can be like getting through a ton of work. Liberating isn't it?

I didn't get through it. The victory is that I managed to stick to it with intense concentration, in spite of being tired; my thoughts felt sensible for a change, and I did not panic or have a meltdown or feel sorry for myself or feel like I wanted a more menial job.

And THAT'S a big improvement.
