There's a thread on it here; http://www.wrongplanet.net/postp2514023 ... t=#2514023

I thought it was really good; the 2 hours just fly by.

Sorry I looked at the first page and didn't see it and since I plan on seeing it tomorrow thought I'd make a topic. I kind of spoiled it for myself but I do almost anything I read/watch/play (IMO it adds to the movie WOW it's better knowing X is going to die while reading it/playing it although I know it's going to happen) That's my take anyway most people FREAK over spoilers but not me it adds to the suspense and emotion when X person dies or whatever the spoiler is. :-)

I liked it, it is fairly long, and I actually needed to go to the toilet while watching and was the only one in my family who had to duck out (strange as it is usualy my sister), I didn't want to miss any and the time was just passing by and I didn't want it to end so quicly. Luckily I got out and back in before the really cool war scene.

I saw a weird news article on the internet about people getting depression because they can't visit the place in the movie, so try not to get so attached to the scenery that you get depressed.

It's one of the few movies where I was so immersed in it that I didn't check my watch the entire time both times that I saw it. Which, for the 3 hours you spend in the theater for it, is an impressive feat.

The only thing I didn't like was this annoying blue color that permeated the movie.

I loved it! :D Didn't notice the 3D much though.

I have no intention of seeing it. It looks like James Cameron masturbating over a roll of film.

It was really a great, enjoyable movie. It is beautifully made, and you do end up caring about/knowing the characters just enough.

See it in 3D definitely. Also, make sure you don't sit down with a big old soda. I had to pee so bad, yet didn't want to miss any of the movie...I was in pain by the time it was finally over!

If you like your movies to be cryptic or highly dialog-driven, you may not enjoy this movie as much. I would term it as sci-fi/action/feel-good.

Also...it's a good date movie.

I'm not convinced that I want to watch the movie myself, because I have a mild aversion to dramatic conflict and shallow characters (in terms of characterisation rather than their morality). That being said, not only have I got the in-universe guidebook, but I intend to get it on DVD to see the special features, because I am really interested in how they got this made.

It was awesome :D definitely a very good film to watch and very dramatic :)
Apparently it was the most expensive film that was ever made? And on top of that, it looked so much better in 3D that you would literally feel like that you was actually there in the scenes.... I went to watch it with my mates :)

Have you seen it in 3d?

I just saw it OMG EPIC!! !! ! My sister mention maybe going with her friend I said can I come too! LOL! Yes I'd pay to see it again LOL!! !! ! I agree the 3-D puts you in the scenes like a rollercoaster at times it's sad it can't be 3-D at home aswell (since we don't have 3-D tvs yet) :-) BUT OMG the 3-D is amazing!! !!
