Every one in my school called me Sheldon when I do something "weird", So I look into it on google and look at this:

Sheldon's the Aspiest Aspie I've seen on TV

Sure, this thread is being done to death, but I don't care! I love seeing a positive character with Asperger's on TV, whose quirkiness you can laugh at (with), and yet the rest of us Aspies can relate to him.

I wrote an article about this for my Desktop Publishing class. I love the series and love Jim Parsons. He's nominated for an emmy for Sheldon this year. I hope he wins. ^_^

I've always felt that Sheldon hs it- that's probably why I like his characterso much!

he's really organized
he puts high value on his stuff
he's a genius
he's very awkward
he doesn't want to drive (like me!)
he doesn't like when he's talking to you and you don't answer him
he speaks formally
he doesn't show much expression except when he's smug when he's right
he defies conformity
logical and makes sense


and many other observations that lead you to believe he has it

Also, the creators said that he didn't have Asperger's. He's just weird.

Everything about Sheldon says to me he's an aspie!

Next to Dexter Morgan, he is my favourite television character purely because even though I'm not a science genius and I hate sci fi I always find myself laughing at little things he does that remind me of myself.

One thing we do know, he is not crazy; his mother had him tested

Besides that, he is obviously somewhere on the spectrum. He was less so in the beginning when he seemed somewhat more socially able. My sister repeatedly stated that I'm exactly like him, except that I know when to keep my mouth shut. I can only agree with that observation.
