I think it could be done well, but the Farrelly brothers aren't the ones to do it. They haven't made a decent comedy since Kingpin.
Unless some one figures out a way to resurrect Moe Howard, Curly Howard, and Larry Fine, there will never be a Three Stooges movie, show or sketch that holds a candle to the original. _________________ Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.

Agreed. But I think something can be done with it that's respectful and original. This, on the other hand, just looks embarrassing.

I've seen worse. But it doesn't look awesome either.
Maybe I'll check it out if it gets on to netflix streaming, and I'm really bored. _________________ Your Aspie score: 172 of 200

Fun mind-melter: try watching this trailer and picture seeing Sean Penn as Larry, Benicio del Toro as Moe, and Jim Carrey as Curly. Because that's the cast the Farrellys wanted at one point.
As for the trailer itself, I really have no opinion. I'll just leave it at that.

Wow, guess I'm the only person who actually thinks it looks funny. I actually laughed at the trailer.
No you aren't. I enjoyed it too.
Look, they're never gonna top the original Stooges; it's impossible.
But for what it is, I think they're doing a pretty damn good job; and I'm glad they went with "lesser-knowns" for this project.
Yeah, I liked it too, and I still watch the stooges at least once a week...
Some of you guys need to chillax...
I guarantee this movie will be better than anything the boys did after Shemp died--and unfortunately they did a lot. _________________ If someone is able to show me that what I think or do is not right, I will happily change, for I seek the truth, by which no one was ever truly harmed.
