| That's it!!! I have had it!!! I am in need of desparate help!!!! I can't stop clearing my f***in' throat, and it's really making me angry!!!! The reason why? I am losing my voice because of it, and my mom is getting more and more impatient with me over it, and it's so f***in' annoying! !!! Why do I get yelled at for everything?!!!!! And why can't I stop clearing my stupid throat?!!! It's so unfair!!! NTs are so lucky. They have no compulsive habits that get them into social or physical trouble. Heeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllppppppp!!!! I can't take it anymore!!! AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! |

Hay...sorry this is happening...the only way I can get rid of a bad "habit" is by replacing it with another one.....I strongly recommend you get some cough drops(its my addiction of choice now)I think it might help...it clears the "flim out"....also....stop drinking dairy products...they MAKE flimm.....try carrying around some cold water and when You feel like "clearing" take a big gulp....hope one of these help.
