I love going to Gap American Eagle or to the Mall or Wal mart for clothes shopping.

I almost always shop at thrift stores. I'd much rather spend extra money on items related to my special interests than on clothes.

At the thrift store, its cheap and sometimes I find things I really like....other then that I like some of the shirts the store Spencers has and Hot Topic sometimes has cool band shirts...but not so much anymore. Also I sometimes buy shirts at concerts.

Value Village. There are a few of those in Seattle. I guess I'm a cheapskate too becauue I only go clothes shopping about once every two-three years. The one black jeans I own is about 8 years old. My sneakers can DEFINITELY be retired.

I don't "like" to shop for clothes anywhere. Clothes are a necessity and I find their acquisition to be very time-consuming, anxiety-ridden, and way too expensive for the crap you get.

That being said, when I do shop I shop at Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Filene's Basement, and thrift stores. Got a gorgeous suede jacket for $15 at a thrift store!!! (I like some textures, but I'm kinda confused by adornment in general.)

I like the following:

- places that import clothes from home
- ethnic shops
- markets (handmade or unusual stuff)
- second hand markets
- flea markets

I have some dresses from Myers, but most of my clothes are from the above or were brought overseas. I hate shopping and I only ever buy something when I fall in love with it and can't walk away from it.

old navy for t-shirts or macy's
fashion bug for the dressy stuff or I might try sears

kmart for jeans and socks

I spend more money on shoes and coats

online for boardshorts cause they just cost too much at the boutiques downtown
