I have come to this site as the mother of a 20 yr old aspergers girl, I've found just finding people to talk to that understand difficult.
she is beautiful. loving, and tries hard, very compliant, but just doesn't retain things and despite trying to teach her self care skills, her language and learning disorders are so severe she just cant manage much. |
