Finals

Finals are comig up in the beginning of next month and I am freaking out. I hate tests from the stress but finals and then teachers saying that this grade will effect where you go to college and your future. I am freaking out I can't sleep I am constantly melting down and am getting ready to jus say screw it and give up. I have problems with reading and writing so since I have to read the entire test myself that alone will take me hours let alone the English portion. I am a math wiz but when I heard there will be tons of story problems I just facepalmed my teachers know about my troubles reading and writing but they have said that I will have to try my best and they can't help me on the test legally or some crap like that. Please help. In case you want to know these are high school finals and I am really worried
