I can only really help with Sociology.
Specifically for adolescents or about them? Also, as introductory texts, or do you already have basic knowledge?
If you're looking for Introductory texts aimed at adolescents I recommend this book, or something similar. If you're a more confident reader of English, and already have cursory Sociological knowledge, then my personal favourite is this book.
That book is fantastic. |

I'm sorry, I linked to them in the words because I thought it would be more word affective.
Introductory Text:

For the confident reader who has some pre-existing knowledge of sociology:

If you want a general psychology book, Zimbardo's Psychology, Core Concepts is good
David Myers: Social Psychology is excellent for social psychology |
