*Edit*

I want to do this the next time I go to Disney with my friends, I'm already going with them tomorrow.

But generally, no, but it's possible that you could get a disturbing the peace/etc kinda charge. Cops can arrest you for basically anything, and it's your job to prove the arrest lawful in court, that's the way it works. (Yes I know that's not how it's supposed to work, but that's the way it works in real life.)

But you'll probably just get looked at weird.

(Note that picture, the kid got arrested during a con for shoplifting from a 7-11)

No, of course it's not illegal. If that were the case, then cons would be treated like sting operations. Laughing

They're going to dress up as a character from the anime Black Butler and do a dance that's popular in the anime community.

Its not really illegal like others have said but depending on the place/context you could get in trouble. Especially if what you're doing constitutes as disturbing the peace, like if you dance in front of a bunch of people just on their way then yeah someone is going to tell a cop or security. I would. If you just do your thing in a corner somewhere where you're not bothering anyone and people can just laugh or ignore you then cool. Just don't be too obnoxious and get in people's way.
