Are there any aspies out there who likes Arabic music? Ever heard of Lebanese artists like Nancy Ajram, Najwa Karam, Elissa, or Nawal Al Zoghbi?

I don't know if they fit into this category, but I have albums by Ofra Haza and Natacha Atlas.

I've heard of Nancy Ajram, since I grew up in an Arab-American metrocenter, but I'm not really into it.

Yup. Ms. Ali does amazing things on a number of albums. The first track of "In The Garden of Souls" drags one out of the mind for a second near the end. |
