Gulf of Tonkin?
Really, the Turkish side has unfortunately been aggressive here and the Syrians are in and have been in defensive mode. The Saudis are trying very hard to effect "regime change" in Syria and have started a civil war there. The Turkish side has decided to assist with this. |

Yesterday Turkey said it was over Syrian waters, and both were out looking for survivors in Syria.
Next they said it had made a wide turn at high speed and over ran the border by .6 kilometer.
What next, they were at home holding a birthday party when attacked?
They and us have admitted to arming Freedom Fighters in Turkey and sending them over the border, that is called an act of war.
Syria does have a first class air defense system.
Georgia also called on NATO. |
