Do you ever feel asexual, even if sometimes, and not all the time?

Sometimes I do... I'm not a very hypersexual person, that's for sure, and I can go realy long periods of time without thinking about or wanting it.

I'm not asexual, however...

For me, 90% of the time.

Not anymore, but that isn't an option on the poll. I've been through some abuse, and because of it a big part of me was repressed, including any attraction I'd ever allowed myself to feel for the opposite sex

I'm like the complete opposite of asexual, I can't remember a time before puberty where I felt either way.

I sometimes think asexuality is my natural state, but being sexually abused made me behave in a sexualized manner that is not really who I am.

I'm not asexual, but I dont feel very 'sexual' either.

After having a long term BF, sex kinda lost it's interest quickly

i repress myself to feel more asexual. throughout my teens and twenties i had always been somewhat oversexed but after the messy break up of my last relationship i have avoided any sexual interaction because i got fed up of men using my love of sex to manipulate me.

i'm sure i'll get over it soon enough & trust again, but in the meantime i just don't feel like i fancy anyone that i meet. even if they are gorgeous and their personaility is really nice.

btw blue_bean, why did having a long term bf make you lose interest in sex?

I don't tend to exhibit all the behaviors associated with my gender. (i.e. I hate watching football) I suppose that would make me asexual. But of course if you're referring to sexual intercourse I would do it but I am extremely cautious about it so as to avoid getting a venereal disease.
