He seems to live in Canada - Ontario, most likely.

ODSP is the "Ontario Disability Support Program"

I understand that you are upset about this, I assume you receive the ODSP payment because you don't work?
Does the rest of the payment cover your living expenses?

Have you talked to your case manager about this? Perhaps you could move out on your own if your father is taking your money? There's something called Supported Independent Living (SIL), try looking into that.

it's my mom who keeps it... the account i use is at my mom's house for the 100 dollars... so the bill address is at that home.... my parents are separated and don't work well with each other... plus no job

it ain't worth hiding the 800 and giving it to me later. since the fact it will be going back to paying taxes... i read that someone paided 800 dollars for rent in toronto for a 1 place apartment... Evil or Very Mad

I'm still confused by this.

What is the relationship between the 100 and the 800? Do you get 900 dollars a month and your mom only gives you 100 a month? Do you only get 100 a month and the 800 is a fixed amount you have saved? Does part of your award go to your parents because you live with one of them?

It's hard to make informed comments without knowing the details.
