Some people grow up with the feeling that they were born in the wrong body.
I am convinced I was born and raised in the wrong country. I have had this feeling for as long as I can remember.

It's the same thing.

You identify better with something else, somewhere else, sometime else, and whatnot.

I personally think I should have been born somewhere in the British commonwealth outside of America where my love for Queen and Country would best be appreciated.

To be GOVERNED is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished. It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be place under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, derided, outraged, dishonored. That is government; that is its justice; that is its morality." -Pierre-Joseph Proudhon

I've always had this slightly rough German edge to me and I always say what I think. I also believe in war. I certainly don't feel like a peaceful, diplomatic Canadian at times. I also feel strange after living up to a British last name in British Columbia just to please my family for many years. I knew the real me would come out sooner or later. My mum told me to find out who I really am so I can act accordingly. I know she regrets ever giving me that advice, now.

I feel like that sometimes because of my political beliefs. I'm a socialist/progressive & am a very strong supporter of Bernie Sanders but he lost the primaries & Donald Trump is on the verge of being elected president judging by how many voted for him compared to how few voted for Bernie or Hilary.
