Hi there I am thinking about putting together a social club for aspies in the Liverpool and Merseyside area. . . . based here . . . Aspies from any part of the world be free to attend. . . . I think the Lady of Mann pub off Dale Street is an ideal venue for our first meeting. . . .
Yes, I'm interested. I don't live in Liverpool but it's only a short drive away and I like the idea of meeting up. { Tequila replied to your post on Tue Mar 11, 2014 9:42 pm before you nudged it over to here). Tequila and I know each other from a fortnightly social group in Bamber Bridge. There's a small number of us who have been meeting up in Ormskirk (Brunchtimes at Brookes Bistro) and Newburgh (DE-SNARLING social nights - that is, in the Lancashire and Wigan areas (UK). I've not thought to put these onto the NAS website . . . maybe it would be a good idea for me to look into that at some stage. )
The pub you suggested Lady of Mann Pub looks to be fairly central to Liverpool at 19 Dale St, Liverpool L2 2EZ. Can you advise on how far from which train station and from car parking (and price of car parking if poss) . . . and suggest what days/ times /dates you might prefer, then anyone interested can chip in with comments?
