I would believe that photo. Gates had a way of dealing with the law that was not the best, especially when it came to driving his porche.

Judging from the computers in the back round and windows 1.0 splash screen, as well as the 5 1/4 inch disk he is flinging like a frisbee. I'd say those two pictures would have to be at least 20 years old. That would put gates as being 30 or so.
He doesn't look like it though.
