There is a NL topic in the international part of the forum:

Nederlanders hier? Dutch people here?

There are also conversations in Dutch allowed, could be easier for certain topics.
There are quite a lot of Dutchmen on WP and also people from Dutch descent.

I am also Dutch! Amsterdammer by birth, Brabander by childhood, bit of both, bit of neither. :P On top of that, I'm an Indo, Suri-Koelie, Anti mix, so it's kind of complicated.
