I know that among Children, boys are more likely to get diagnosis.
What about people who get diagnosis as an adult.
what's the ratio of male to female ASD diagnosis as adults?

Certainly not the 5:1 or so in favor of males which is frequently stated in the media.

If I go by my observation of the WrongPlanet membership (unscientific, yes), I would say there are slightly more men than women with ASD's--but only slightly more--not even a 2:1 ratio.

Nobody cares about ASD adults, so nobody knows.

Sad bit true most people don't even know we exists and some insist we don't, like unicorns or something

Or if we do we are extremely rare like the Tasmanian tiger before it went extinct

remember adults choose to get diagnosis. So do more
adult men choose to get diagnosis or do more
adult women choose to get diagnosis.

I wouldn't be surprise if more mild ASD adult
female go and get diagnosis compare to Mild
ASD males.
