I got received news recently from my therapist. She said that I can be unpredictable and have emotions that are erratic during various times.

My parents did not take it well, and we fought about it because they do not think I should be trusted alone because I may find a weapon and hurt someone (Have been at fights at school, been suspended once, almost twice). My siblings have no comment, but I'm beginning to feel like there's a little more inside me than I feel like all of my emotions are stronger than others (now that it's clarified) and people have noticed this.

I'm still worried how this may affect me.

take things one day at a time, it's easier to make it through just today rather than to worry about tomorrow's what-ifs.

It gets better over time. Your therapist can help you learn some tools to deal with it.

She's not really any help. She probably just wants to be paid.

Be proactive. Ask questions about borderline personality disorder and ways to deal with the symptoms. Try to find books on borderline personality disorder. If your therapist isn't any help, look for a therapist who is experienced with trauma.

Sometimes I get scared because my emotions are "too strong" and barely recognize it.
