Some days I feel like I can't absorb any more information, because I'm thinking and feeling so many different things at one time. It sucks when I'm at college when I'm trying to learn things. Does this happen to anybody else with AS?

All the time. I have an almost physical sensation of my head filling up until it feels like it's going to burst. Shutdown or meltdown follows.

At least daily. I'd say at least; because some days it calms enough that it can happen again, some days, it stays that jammed until I sleep.

Mostly if I take in too much information my mind kind of goes haywire. Sometimes it takes a lot and sometimes it takes very little for it to go that way.

All the time. My anxiety is known for overloading me at all hours of the day AND night. It's rather bothersome because I try to focus on things, but half the time my anxiety is making me worry over stupid things. Sometimes too, I can get overloaded because I want to do something, yet I don't at the same time. That can cause a lot of overwhelming anxiety for me as well.

All the time, it's really really annoying. Especially when there's so much to get done, I mean, it happens and then nothing gets done because you can't think straight about it.
