I'm 29 coming up to 30 in 5 months time and only got my year 10 in school. Never got my HSC.

I have Aspergers, been playing MMO's mainly WoW for about 10 years now.

I live alone but have issues maintaining my place or sleeping at the right times. I have a Cert 4 in IT from 11 years ago but because 100% of the worst jobs require 3 to 5 years experience in the same field I haven't gotten a job in 11 years. Now with the global financial crisis thing jobs are even harder to find.

Basically my normal day is gaming, gaming, gaming and if gaming gets a little boring maybe i'll try a little gaming to avoid getting bored of gaming >_>

No girlfriend but then again I know like 0 girls and no idea how to meet one.

I like reading but finding new good books is a little ugh. I am also legally blind in the left eye and 3/4 vision in the other so reading is getting harder.

I'd be suicidal with the depression I feel if I wasn't so logical that I know thats not the answer lol. I just have no idea what the answer is.

Gaming as the only thing in your life is a sad sad thing.

This sounds like what NT's call a rut. People can be depressed without being suicidal.

Have you thought about contacting a gaming company to work as a developer in testing? Believe it or not, some people get paid to play. Asperger's can be a benefit doing that because you may notice coding flaws others do not.

Yeah I notice mistypes in published books and all the bugs in games as well and my background is in IT. Sadly those types of jobs are the hardest to get and Australian gaming companies are almost non existent.

I think you need to get a job of some description, probably part time. At least that will break up the routine a little. Even doing some volonteer work could be worthwhile. Nothing to stop you doing this and searching for more interesting work at the same time. Go! Get out there and do it.

Dude, you can totally be employed. You wouldn't believe how many jobs there are out there that would pick up on the sole basis of you being qualified. Try preparing taxes for H&R, Liberty, or Jackson Hewitt, look at the Air Force (easy training and not so rigid living, with all kinds of benefits), if you apply yourself and try seriously to find employment you will find it.
