FBI most-wanted suspect Eric Frein in custody in Pennsylvania

"I can confirm that we have taken Eric Frein into custody. Further information will be released at a later time. No further information will be released or confirmed at this time," she said in an email to reporters.
According to a federal law enforcement source, Frein was caught hiding in a building at the Pocono Mountains Municipal Airport in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. He was arrested by U.S. marshals, the source said.
Frein was taken into custody without incident, according to a second source. The fugitive was armed, and at least one weapon was recovered, a third source said....."

I wonder if there will soon be a report about an escape attempt that was thwarted by a dozen or so police rounds being fired into Frein's body.

Such a waste of good lead ...

No, but the guy I used to live with swears there will be plenty of leather be used on Frein before he does the perp walk in Monroe County.

Hard to imagine this gets even a fraction of the attention and resources that were put into it if Frein had just killed a regular person, tells you want cops priorities are I guess. Looks like the pigs beat his face in after he "surrended peacefully" judging from the pictures, probably lucky they didn't pump several hundred rounds of lead into him or burned him a live as per their usually MO.

Every one I've talked to about this assh*le's capture are amazed the cops chose to take him alive.
