I just got my grades back from my first year at college. Because of the college's badly organized preference towards upperclassmen and being in a bit of a tricky situation with not having enough credits, I was taking a disturbing number of difficult courses only meant for juniors and seniors in several areas totally unrelated to my major. I thought I was failing at least one class and maybe two.
...but it turns out my lowest grade is a C+. So I went through the hardest semester of my entire academic career thinking I couldn't cut it, but instead I almost made dean's list for the second time in a row and I've now got enough credits to breathe easy.
Excuse me for a moment.
HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Ahem. Thank you. |

What were these Junior level courses that
you got C's and ....B's?
How did you fare with your classmates?
This is asked because it influences study
and group projects?
What did you learn for the 2nd year NOT
TO DO? This will possibly raise your grades?
Hmmmmm? |

These would be Microeconomics and Cultural Anthropology, both of which I find pointless.

I avoided those drunken hicks, for the most part.

I think I can do well by not taking pointless classes. I'm looking for another college to transfer to for next year, so hopefully that part will be taken care of at a better institution. |

If you don't mind me asking! Do you live
on a hill where the tree's outnumber the people?
It sounds like it. I can see why you would want
a more challenging program? Am I reading
into this wrong?
Hicks and drunks abundant and at ease?
Where is this swampy hilltop? Where are
the crocodiles? In otherwords........
How rural can your area be?
What other institutes are options?
What is your idea of a challenging
class scenerio?
It sounds "pointless" from what
you said to go to truckville?
I am not trying to be rude. I am
in my own way agreeing with you.
I hope I didn't come off offensive.
It was not intentional.
Hmmmmm?
Fascinating?

It takes all kinds to make the world go 'round.
Micro- and Macroeconomics where two of my faviorite classes even though they were barely related to my major area of study.
And I'd love to go back to school to study Cultural Anthropology or Sociology.
Congrates on the fine finish!

It was computer science for a while, but I'm focusing on English from now on because I don't want to end up in a cubicle.
Finding my classes pointless is nothing new to me. I don't like it, but I've always had trouble putting up with any work that I knew wasn't helping me the slightest bit, and microeconomics was all about that. It just doesn't tickle my fancy. |
